Onda Arquitectura es un estudio de arquitectura que desarrolla su actividad en el Sector de la Edificación y el Urbanismo, con oficinas en Madrid y Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
El estudio ha sido ganador de concursos a nivel nacional con proyectos abarcan tipologías tales como edificios residenciales, infraestructuras y comerciales. Además, ha sido reconocido a nivel internacional por prestigiosas publicaciones especializadas tales como ArchDaily y Architizer entre otras. El enfoque de diseño está orientado a desarrollar tanto entornos como objetos de diseño distintivo.
Dirigido por Javier Haddad y Juan Ramón Landeira, la firma dispone de amplia experiencia en proyectos nacionales e internacionales, trabajando con consultores especializados, adaptando su equipo a las exigencias de cada proyecto.
Nuestra metodología de trabajo con sistema BIM implantado en el desarrollo de los Proyectos en base a las necesidades normativas actuales y al control exhaustivo de las diferentes fases de desarrollo en el proceso edificatorio.
Acreditamos conocimientos en la aplicación de criterios necesarios en Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente, en relación a las exigencias de las Certificaciones Internacionales LEED, BREEAM y WELL.
La experiencia adquirida sobre estos procedimientos y metodologías medioambientales, que cada vez son más relevantes en los mercados actuales, nos permiten tener un acercamiento a las medidas de optimización de las demandas y consumos de energía desde las fases iniciales del proyecto.
Javier Haddad, Director de Proyectos - Design Director
Javier Haddad es arquitecto y urbanista con experiencia en proyectos de reconocido prestigio internacional. Fundó Onda Arquitectura en 2014 do ha ganado varios concursos y premios internacionales. En Apple California, trabajó como Design Manager diseñando las Apple Retail Stores para la expansión de la compañía en Europa y Sudamérica donde cabe destacar la tienda de Puerta del Sol en Madrid, la del centro de La Haya y la de Rio de Janeiro.
Así mismo, ha colaborado en estudios de arquitectura ganadores del Premio Pritzker (el Nobel de la Arquitectura), como son el de Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA, RE X y Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), donde diseñó edificios tales como el New Museum en Nueva York y el complejo multi-usos Museum Plaza que alberga viviendas de lujo, un hotel Westin, un edificio de oficinas, una universidad, espacios comerciales y un museo de arte contemporáneo.
En el campo académico, Javier Haddad ha participado como profesor en la universidad TU Wien, Viena y ha sido invitado para hacer studio reviews en distintas universidades americanas incluyendo la Universidad de Berkeley en California y Syracuse en Nueva York. Con el artista visual Haluk Akakce produjo dos video-instalaciones que fueron expuestas en salas tales como el Whitney Museum y la Deitch Projects Gallery además de otras gallerías alrededor del mundo. Juan Ramón Landeira, Coordinación Ejecutiva - Technical Partner
Juan R. Landeira es arquitecto y urbanista con amplia experiencia profesional en redacción de proyectos y dirección de obra por toda la geografía española.
En 2012 funda AIKUBE con orientación de implementación BIM. Para el GRUPO OCTOGONO, desempeña funciones de Control de Ejecución de Obra y Redacción de Proyectos Ejecutivos, destacando obras como la Rehabilitación del Edificio de la Sede del Instituto de Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE), en Madrid, y la Ejecución del Recinto temporal de usos polivalentes denominado “ESPACIO MOVISTAR” en Barcelona.
Con ABLA Arquitectura , destaca la Realización como Redactor de Proyecto y Dirección de Obras del edificio de la sede de la empresa “SONINGEO” en el Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Santander, siendo el primer edificio de Cantabria con calificación energética “A” según el CTE.
En paralelo desarrolla actividades de Asistencia Técnica en diversos Proyectos Ejecutivos, entre los que destacan como actuaciones recientes para Gran Residencial, los edificios residenciales en bloque para la Ciudad de Valdebebas en Madrid, bajo la firma de INTECSA-INARSA y en Miralbueno en Zaragoza, para la empresa Ferrovial. A nivel internacional, destacan colaboraciones con HARD STUDIO, para el Complejo de Apartamentos “Cité Lagon” en Bamako, Mali, la Reforma y Ampliación de Torre residencial y oficinas en Sheridan, Estados Unidos, una Urbanización Residencial en Ghana, y un Hotel en Pemba, Mozambique.

Onda Arquitectura is an Architectural Design Firm based in Madrid and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
The studio has won national competitions with projects which encompass typologies such as residential, infrastructure, and commercial buildings. Furthermore, we have received international recognition from prestigious specialized publications such as ArchDaily and Architizer, among others. Directed by Javier Haddad and Juan Ramón Landeira, the firm has extensive experience on local and international projects, working with specialized consultants, adapting its team to the requirements of each project.
Our work methodology implements the BIM system, developing projects based on the current regulatory needs and the exhaustive control of the different development phases.
Sensitive to Sustainability and the Environment, we accredit knowledge in the application of necessary criteria in relation to the requirements of the LEED, BREEAM and WELL International Certifications. The experience acquired on these environmental procedures and methodologies allow us to have an approach to the optimization measures of energy demands and consumption from the initial phases of the project.
Javier Haddad, Design Director
Javier Haddad is an architect and urban planner with experience in a wide range of projects of international prestige. He founded Onda Arquitectura in 2014, where he has won several international competitions and awards. At Apple California, he worked as Design Manager designing the Apple Retail Stores for the expansion of the company in Europe and South America, projects including the Puerta del Sol store in Madrid, The Hague and Village Mall in Rio de Janeiro.
He has collaborated at architecture studios that have won the Pritzker Prize (the Nobel Prize for Architecture), such as Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA, REX and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), where he designed buildings such as the New Museum in New York and the multi-purpose Museum Plaza complex that houses luxury homes, a hotel, an office building, a university, commercial spaces and a contemporary art museum.
In the academic field, Javier Haddad has participated as a professor at TU Wien University, Vienna and has been invited to do study reviews at different American universities including the University of Berkeley in California and Syracuse in New York. Juan Ramón Landeira, Technical Partner
Juan Ramón Landeira is an architect and urban planner with extensive professional experience in project drafting and construction management throughout the Spanish geography.
In 2012 he founded AIKUBE with a BIM implementation orientation. For the OCTOGONO GROUP, he performs functions of Control of Work Execution and Drafting of Executive Projects, highlighting works such as the Rehabilitation of the Headquarters Building of the Institute for Diversification and Energy Saving (IDAE), in Madrid, and the Execution of the Campus temporary multipurpose use called “ESPACIO MOVISTAR” in Barcelona.
With ABLA Arquitectura, highlights the Realization as Project Editor and Construction Management of the building of the headquarters of the company "SONINGEO" in the Science and Technology Park of Santander, being the first building in Cantabria with energy rating "A" according to the CTE .
In parallel, it develops Technical Assistance activities in various Executive Projects, among which the recent actions for Gran Residencial stand out, the residential block buildings for the City of Valdebebas in Madrid, under the signature of INTECSA-INARSA and in Miralbueno in Zaragoza, to the Ferrovial company. At an international level, we highlight collaborations with HARD STUDIO, for the "Cité Lagon" Apartment Complex in Bamako, Mali, the Reform and Expansion of a residential tower and offices in Sheridan, United States, a Residential Development in Ghana, and a Hotel in Pemba , Mozambique.
